Hidden Lake Vineyard’s signature field blend, drawn largely from Zinfandel vines that were planted over a century ago, when land around here was measured by the chain link. Over the decades, as these vines have produced robust fruit out of rocky loam, so has a lone white oak tree grown strong and steady in the middle of the vineyard. History that’s incredibly drinkable.
A robust red that is very drinkable - not too earthy, not too fruit forward. Pairs well with a tangy cheese, a juicy burger, a hearty red sauce pasta or pizza, or a top grade steak.
