Become a Wine Club member at Hidden Lake Vineyard!

The HLV Wine Club membership entitles you to discounted orders on wines of your choosing, twice yearly - in the spring and fall. Three membership tiers or "clubs" are available, giving members the option to sign up for three, six or twelve bottles (one case) per wine club order. Members may only be enrolled in one tier at a time, and may change tiers at any time by sending an email to lisa@hiddenlakevineyard.com with the desired change.

Two weeks prior to each Wine Club shipment date, club members will receive a notification email containing a one-time discount code to be used at checkout for an order to be made in accordance with the member's tier. This order can be made at any time prior to the shipment date.

Some varietals and vintages are limited production - so make sure to get your favorite wine while it’s still available!

Reminder: while there are benefits to joining the wine club - wine is available for purchase at all times. We offer discounts 5% off for 6-bottle orders and 10% off the order of a case throughout the rest of the year.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Membership Enrollment
  • Enrollment: Membership tiers are determined at the time of enrollment. You may change your membership tier by contacting us directly.
  • Members may only be enrolled in one tier at a time.
  • If a member wishes to change their membership tier, the member shall email Hidden Lake Vineyard at lisa@hiddenlakevineyard.com with their desired membership tier change.
  1. Order Eligibility & Shipments
  • Shipments are typically processed in March and October (Club Shipment Date) with notifications sent to members via email at least two weeks prior to each Club Shipment Date. This email will include a one-time discount code to be used by the member for the upcoming club order.
  • Eligible Orders: Members are required to place an order on the Hidden Lake Vineyard online store using the discount code provided via notification email prior to the Club Shipment Date to receive their club membership order. The order must match the number of bottles included in the members tier, and the member must enter the discount code at checkout, or the order will not be eligible for the club member discount.
  • The member may select any HLV wines that are in stock and available for online purchase in their club order.
  • Shipments may be delayed due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify members of any delays.
  1. Cancellations
  • You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at least 14 days before the next shipment is processed. If you cancel after the shipment has been processed, the charge is non-refundable, and you will receive the scheduled shipment.
  • If a club member does not place an eligible order using their club member discount code prior to the Club Shipment Date, HLV will accept this as the club members resignation from the wine club. If the member wishes to continue membership, they may repeat the enrollment process prior to the next Wine Club Shipment Date.
  1. Payment Terms
  • Payment will be processed as a standard order with the use of a discount code, assuming the member has made an Eligible Order.
  • If your payment is declined or there are issues processing your payment, you will be notified, and your membership may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
  1. Returns & Exchanges
  • Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns for wines once shipped. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or credit.
  1. Member Discounts & Special Offers
  • Members are entitled to exclusive discounts on wines, events, and special offers. Members will be notified of discounted opportunities outside of the regularly scheduled Wine Club Shipments by email prior to the opportunity. 
  • Any promotions, discounts, or limited-time offers are subject to change and may not be combined with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.
  1. Privacy Policy
  • We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties. We will use your information solely to process your membership, ship wine, and communicate with you regarding your wine club membership.

  1. Governing Law
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes related to your membership or these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of California.
  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions
  • We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email or posted on our website
