Named for the new adventure we began at age 55, and the lake hidden beyond the vines. This is a medium acidity wine that bridges the gap between a creamy Chardonnay and a refreshing Sauvignon Blanc. Light-bodied citrus and pear, with a green apple edge.
Best served chilled - 56 degrees. Pairs well with herbal or white sauce pasta dishes, gruyere or goat cheese, white fish, grilled chicken, or a Greek salad.
