It’s not only vines that grow well at Hidden Lake Vineyard. Wild flowers, mushrooms, fruit and nut trees, herbs and veggies. Whether edible or not, we embrace all the beautiful bounty that prospers on the property. The fauna abound equally: fox, bobcat, deer, rabbits, coyotes, wild pigs, raccoons, squirrels, skunks, opossum, finch, hummingbirds, blue jays, woodpeckers, waterfowl, hawks, owls, wild turkey, turkey vultures. Night and day the property is alive with activity — on the ground and in the air.
